Call center staff are trained on equipment and protocol-specific requirements to enable the highest level of site support worldwide. The company has the largest number of phase I beds globally, more than 900, and offers 12-Lead ECG and Holter at all phase I units. In combination with its central laboratory facilities in Toronto, Paris, Hamburg, Singapore, Beijing and affiliates in Argentina, Brazil, Mexico, South Africa and Australia, MDS Pharma Services can support clinical studies through phase IIb-IV.
