Your study is setup to your exact specifications. In advance of study initiation, your MDS Pharma Services team makes detailed arrangements to satisfy your needs. They work with you and your team to clearly define all protocol specifications and to develop a comprehensive, detailed data management plan. They also determine all kit manufacturing and delivery specifics and all logistics regarding specimen procurement, handling and transportation. When needed, your MDS Pharma Services team will also oversee site initiation, training and monitoring. One key aspect of study setup is the development of the protocol specifications document. This document ensures that everyone is aligned and headed in the same direction by the time your study commences.
Flexible data management capabilities. During study setup, we develop a comprehensive data management plan customized to your needs. We then develop a prototype and conduct a live test transfer so that troubleshooting can be completed before your study begins. Many other details are also finalized during study setup, including the parameters of the query process for your study, reconciliation procedures and Remote Data Access (RDA) requirements.
