• Our former discovery and preclinical businesses (Pharmacology/DMPK and Drug Safety Assessment) have been acquired by Ricerca Biosciences LLC.
• Our former early stage clinical research operations (the Development & Regulatory Services consultancy and Early Stage Development business) have been acquired by Celerion Inc.

Going forward, the organizations named above will be the source of information about the drug discovery and early-stage development services formerly provided by MDS Pharma Services.
